Khamil Bailey

Co-Founder & Executive Director

Khamil is passionate about community and the people around her. Since childhood, she has been a stickler for fairness and the feelings of others, and this has guided her desire to create better conditions for her community.

While feeling a draw to be heavily involved in community, above all, Khamil values her alone time and time with her family. She believes in balance in all things and loves to find that in all parts of life.

Jazmyne Kenney

Director of Operations

Jazmyne is passionate about holistic health and healing, finding balance through traveling, yoga, movement, and meditation. With almost a decade of nonprofit experience, she advocates for oneness, connection, and reverence for the Earth.

As a queer abolitionist thinker and author, Jazmyne practices radical optimism, believing in the power of compassionate action to create meaningful change in the world.

Bradley Hill

Program Coordinator

Bradley is passionate about serving people, building community, and fostering creativity through collaboration in Pittsburgh, PA. His personal and professional practices are rooted in advocacy for marginalized communities, including representation, resource/opportunity finding, and community service.

He believes that the future is shaped by prioritizing the needs of youth, BIPOC communities, women and femmes, queer individuals, and elders.

Chardae Jones

Communications Specialist

Chardae is invested in making people, places, and things better than she found them. Everything that she does is rooted in service, as she enjoys the rewarding feeling of giving back.

When not being a professional volunteer here in Pittsburgh, Chardae is an advocate for Black Women in tech, community engagement, and guiding others through their self-publishing journeys.

She has published over 14 books on behalf of herself and others.
